The Center on IFS

What is IFS?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a way of understanding the psyche that sees each person as comprised of many different inner voices or beings (“parts”), alongside a core, central “Self.” It emphasizes relating to these parts with curiosity and compassion to foster healing.
